حذف حسابك في أمياس
الطريقة 1 — بنفسك، فوراً
- افتح تطبيق أمياس أو amayasse.com.
- اضغط على شعار أمياس أعلى الشاشة لتفتح «حسابي».
- انزل لآخر الصفحة واضغط «حذف حسابي»، ثم أكّد.
الطريقة 2 — بطلب منك
إذا لم تعد تستطيع الدخول، راسلنا من البريد أو الرقم المرتبط بحسابك مع كلمة «احذف معلوماتي»، ونحذفها في أجل أقصاه 30 يوماً:

ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك: الاسم والبريد وصورة الحساب ومعرّفه.
- معلومات التوصيل المحفوظة (الهاتف، الولاية، العنوان).
- المفضّلة المحفوظة على حسابك.
ما الذي نحتفظ به
سجلّ الطلبات التي أرسلتها يبقى عند المحل للمحاسبة والضمان والإرجاع، لكن بلا أي ربط بحسابك. المعلومات المحفوظة على جهازك (السلة، المفضّلة المحلية) تمسحها بمسح بيانات التطبيق أو المتصفح.

Delete your AMAYASSE account
Option 1 — yourself, immediately: open the AMAYASSE app or amayasse.com → tap the AMAYASSE logo at the top to open «حسابي» (My account) → scroll down → «حذف حسابي» (Delete my account) → confirm.
Option 2 — on request: email contact@amayasse.com or WhatsApp +213 662 94 10 11 from the email/phone linked to your account; we delete your data within 30 days.
Deleted: your account (name, email, profile photo, account ID), saved delivery details and synced favourites.
Kept: records of orders you placed, unlinked from your account, for accounting, warranty and returns. Data stored locally on your device is removed by clearing the app's or browser's data. See our Privacy Policy.
