بعض المعلومات (السلة، المفضّلة، معلومات التوصيل، سجلّ المحادثة مع المساعد) تُحفظ أيضاً على جهازك أنت لتسهيل الاستعمال، وتُمسح بمسح بيانات المتصفح أو التطبيق. لا نستعمل إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع داخل المتجر أو التطبيق، ولا نبيع معلوماتك أبداً.
مع من نشاركها
لا نشارك معلوماتك إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمة الذين يشغّلون المتجر نيابة عنا، وبالقدر اللازم فقط:
- Supabase: قاعدة البيانات والخوادم التي تحفظ الطلبات والحسابات.
- Netlify: استضافة الموقع.
- Google وApple: تسجيل الدخول فقط، إن اخترته.
- OpenAI وGoogle (Gemini): معالجة نصّ أسئلتك للمساعد الآلي وإرجاع الجواب.
- شركة التوصيل: الاسم والهاتف والعنوان لإيصال طلبك خارج تمنراست.
قد نكشف معلومات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
الحماية والمدة
كل الاتصال مشفّر (HTTPS). قاعدة البيانات مقفولة: معلومات الحسابات لا يقرؤها إلا خادم المتجر، ولا يطّلع عليها عمّال المحل. تبقى معلومات الحساب ما دام حسابك موجوداً وتُمسح فور حذفه. نحتفظ بسجلّ الطلبات (بلا ربط بحسابك بعد حذفه) للمحاسبة والضمان والإرجاع.
حذف حسابك ومعلوماتك
- من التطبيق أو الموقع: «حسابي ← حذف حسابي» — يُمسح حسابك ومعلوماته ومفضّلتك فوراً.
- أو اطلب ذلك عبر contact@amayasse.com أو واتساب 0662 94 10 11 بكلمة «احذف معلوماتي»، ونحذفها في أجل أقصاه 30 يوماً.

الأطفال
المتجر غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا نجمع عمداً معلومات عنهم.
التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة نحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وننبّهك داخل المتجر إذا كان التغيير مهمّاً.

Privacy Policy
Who we are. AMAYASSE is a phone-accessories shop in Tamanrasset, Algeria, with an online store at amayasse.com and its app. Data controller: Amayasse delivery LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Privacy contact: contact@amayasse.com, WhatsApp +213 662 94 10 11.
What we collect and why. Name, phone number, wilaya, address and order details (product, colour, model, quantity, price, status) to confirm and deliver your order and show your order history. If you sign in with Google or Apple: your name, email, profile photo and account ID, plus your saved delivery details and favourites, to keep them in sync across your devices. Questions you type to the in-app AI assistant, only to generate the answer — we do not send your name or phone with them and we do not store the conversation on our servers. A push-notification subscription token if you turn notifications on. Messages you send us on Facebook, Messenger or WhatsApp, to reply to you. Cart, favourites, delivery details and assistant history are also stored locally on your device. We use no ads and no tracking tools in the store or app, and we never sell your data.
Service providers. Supabase (database and servers), Netlify (hosting), Google and Apple (sign-in only), OpenAI and Google Gemini (processing assistant questions), and our delivery company (name, phone and address, to deliver orders). We may disclose data when required by law.
Security and retention. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Account data is readable only by the store's server, not by shop staff. Account data is kept while your account exists and erased immediately when you delete it; order records are kept, unlinked from your account, for accounting, warranty and returns.
Deleting your account and data. In the app or website go to «حسابي» (My account) → «حذف حسابي» (Delete my account): your account, its details and favourites are erased immediately. Or email contact@amayasse.com / WhatsApp +213 662 94 10 11 and we delete your data within 30 days. Details: amayasse.com/delete-account.
Children. The store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes. We update the date above when this policy changes and notify you in the store for significant changes.
Politique de confidentialité
Nous collectons votre nom, téléphone, wilaya, adresse et les détails de commande pour confirmer et livrer vos commandes ; si vous vous connectez avec Google ou Apple, votre nom, e-mail, photo et identifiant de compte, ainsi que vos favoris ; et le texte de vos questions à l'assistant (sans votre nom ni téléphone, non conservé sur nos serveurs). Prestataires : Supabase, Netlify, Google, Apple, OpenAI, Google Gemini et notre livreur. Aucune publicité, aucun traçage, aucune vente de données.
